All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS First Class Mail. Unfortunately, we do not offer rush shipping at this time. We do send out tracking numbers for all orders but cannot guarantee their delivery. If you are having trouble finding your order please contact your local post office directly, they usually know where it is or what has happened and when you will receive it! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately these packages cannot be tracked past US Customs so order at your own risk. Also, please be aware that your package may be subject to custom duties or taxes at time of delivery/pickup depending on your country’s laws. GEMS is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return any unworn items within 14 days of receiving your package (based on USPS timestamp date received). Please ensure that your order number is enclosed so the refund is issued to the correct customer. You are responsible for any shipping costs.
Any items purchased during a sale, using a coupon code or at an in person PopUp shop cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for refund.
We are unable to process any exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange simply return the undesired item, as long as it is unworn and still in the original packaging, for a refund and then place a new order.
Product Damaged Upon Receipt
Even though we do our best to test each product before it goes out the door, mistakes can happen. We want to make it right with you so be sure to report a damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on USPS timestamp date received) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will either be fully refunded for your purchase or your jewelry will be fixed and returned to you at no extra charge.
